Booking information is shared with the relevant host, team, and guest. Necessary data may be processed by calendar, email, hosting, storage, security, and future payment providers under appropriate agreements.

We use access controls, encryption where supported, backups, and operational monitoring. Information is retained only as needed for scheduling, audit, legal, security, and account administration purposes.
Your choices and rights
You may update account details, manage calendar connections, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some booking and audit records may be retained when required for legitimate or legal purposes.
