These terms describe the rules for using the ReserMe scheduling service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and all activity performed through your account. Team owners and administrators must have authority to manage the people and services they add.
Bookings and cancellations
Hosts set their availability, confirmation rules, cancellation policy, locations, and service details. Guests and hosts are responsible for checking booking information and complying with the policy shown at the time of booking.
Pricing and payments
Displayed prices may be informational until online payments are enabled. Any applicable payment, refund, tax, or cancellation terms must be shown before a paid booking is accepted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another workspace without permission, send unlawful content, interfere with availability, or use ReserMe for fraud, spam, or harmful activity.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Hosts remain responsible for the services they offer. To the extent permitted by law, ReserMe is not liable for indirect loss caused by third-party calendars, email providers, payment providers, or network outages.
